let's go ahead and learn these few things first and foremost have a vision and mission statement have a plan like what your blog is all about what is the vision that you have for your blog what is the mission that your blog is going to accomplish you may have an idea that you want to be connected with all the people who are interested about xyz subject or probably the best way is to write down on a piece of paper and then have it on your website you can actually see my vision and mission statement and shortening out when you do this exercise it gives a direction to your life to your blog life you know what are the things you have to do what are the things that you have to safeguard from yourself and the time you'll figure out these are the things that you don't have to do you know when new things come to your life you will be easily able to figure out if these are the things that should be a part of your blog or should not be now that's vision and mission statement second you should level up your branding game
And it's because a lot of thing online is all about perception so to give you an example when you meet somebody outside how they dress how their body language is make you start lacking them or disliking them without them uttering a word and that's called perception and that's a real thing you like it or not that's how things work and it's the same online when somebody comes to your website first thing they see is your brand like your color that you have used how your blog is designed what your logo is what typography you are using what kind of color options you are using if you define all this thing right now like use the same logo use the same color palette color palette should not be something using black white yellow orange red don't do that define a color palette pick few fonts that you're going to be reusing everywhere like on your blog on your social media everywhere wherever your name or your brand name goes use the same typography this is a part of branding you should have a document on a piece of paper this will really help you in longer then start using the right tools have a system for a few things like have a plan your your goal plan like what are the things you want to achieve in next three months in six months in one year note them down sit with a pen paper with a free mind keep your phone aside keep your laptop aside find me time with yourself and note down the things that you really want to accomplish it could be intense timeline but you need to write it down once you do that you would be amazed to know the things that you really want to do in your life
The things will start happening automatically because now you have something to look up onto let's say you have decided you have done this exercise you have decided the things you want to do in three months time six months time now for the next few weeks you can actually divide that big task of work the goal where you want to be into a small chunk of tasks which will help you to reach there, for example, one of my goals is to write a book on the particular subject now I've decided that I've been holding that challenge for quite a long time so here's what I've done I've decided that every week I'll finish one chapter for that I need to write about thousand words every day and that's how it will be I've decided a day when the book will be launched that's the day I'll be throwing a party, not like a lavish party
But a party for my friends to celebrate that the book is launched and what happens when you announce a day for a party people would come you have to throw a party and that's something which you do for yourself like whatever things you want to do put a deadline put an update on the date on which you want to throw a party even if it's not people that you don't want to invite that's okay go out like go out have coffee go out to have a drink anywhere that's perfectly fine but have a deadline have a date for the things you want to accomplish and things will start happening well so these are the three things.
